No special diets, themes, gimmicks or anything else going on here. Just things I eat, things I'd like to eat, and how I make them. I make up my own recipes each time, and I do usually make and eat these things before posting about them.
I've never worked at at a reastaurant and have no actual cooking experience or anything, aside from tooling around in my home kitchen sometimes. I don't have access to many special tools or exotic ingredients, and I more or less just throw things together as I go along.
